  3. When calculating the route, speed, distance, location etc.: identification data (name and phone number).
  4. When sending your fall: location, identification data, your personal data to the personal data of the emergency contacts that you provided when creating your Biker112 account/profile.

For which purposes will my personal data be processed?

Biker112 processes your personal data to provide you,as a user of the app and the website,with a safe, optimal and customised user experience. Biker112 processes your personal data in order to offer the functionalities of the website correctly and intuitively and, where necessary,torespond appropriately to your requests.

The processing of the data that you provide through the use of the website will only take place for the following well-defined purposes:

  1. To allow the user to contact Biker112, or to allow Biker112 to contact the user.
  2. To inform the emergency contacts when you have fallen, where and what your status is.

  2. Right of access -right of rectification -right of erasure

If you wish to exercise your right of access/rectification/erasure, Biker112 will get back to youwithin one (1) month after receiving the request, if it has been established that you made the request yourself. The request is to be made by registered mail or by e-mail to support@Biker112.com.In compliance with theGDPR, we have given usersthe possibility to delete theiraccount, so that all personal data of the userswill be permanently deleted. In the main menu of the Biker112 app, userscan delete theiraccountby clicking on thebutton "profile" and then on theoption "delete account". Once they have clickedthe "confirm" button, an API call is made to delete all their personal dataand the usersand theirdata will be deleted from the app. Theirprofile, includingtheirprofile picture, photoof theirbikes, contact details, blood type, e-mail addresses and all emergency contact details, will be removed from our database.

While using the app, so-called "cookies" may be stored on your devicein order to remember certain choices of returning users. Non-functional cookies help us optimise your visit to the website, remember technical preferences and show you more relevant offers,if necessary
